The case can be forwarded to the available, enterclinic certified doctors online by making the payment of consultancy charges. Doctors are supposed to respond to the case by applying medical advice treatment or giving the patient an appointment of his clinic or visit.
Alternatively Doctors can assign the case to Junior Doctor in order to check patient further.
